Scott Senese is a Senior Managing Director with CBRE, responsible for leading over 200 professionals and managing all service lines of the company’s Austin, San Antonio and El Paso operations. CBRE is the largest full service commercial real estate services firm in all three markets, providing a vast spectrum of value added services to investors, developers and occupiers. Service lines include advisory & transaction services for occupiers and investors, investment property sales, asset services/property management, mortgage origination, project/construction management, valuation and facilities management.
Mr. Senese has more than 28 years of experience in commercial real estate. He joined CBRE's Dallas office in 2005 as the Managing Director for the Institutional Division. In this role, Mr. Senese was responsible for new business development and leading over 100 professionals who provided leasing, construction management and property management for 42 million square feet. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Senese served as the Managing Director for Equity Office Properties where he directed all activities for 4.2 million square feet of office space. He assembled a team of over 50 professionals who provided leasing, property management, engineering and construction management for the 14-building portfolio.
Prior to joining Equity Office Properties in 1994, Mr. Senese established the Dallas office for Chicago-based Rubloff Inc., a third-party property management and leasing company. Under Mr. Senese’s leadership, the company provided real estate solutions for an office portfolio of over four million square feet on behalf of seven clients.
