Professional Experience
Scott Potter has over eighteen years experience in commercial real estate with a focus on capital markets. Through an affiliated broker/dealer company, Mr. Potter directs investment banking activities for CBRE. As a founding principal, Mr. Potter serves as President, Chief Compliance Officer and FINOP of CBRE Capital Advisors and is responsible for supervising the compliance activities and financial affairs of the broker/dealer.
He has previously served as an advisor and intermediary, brokering the sale of trophy institutional retail properties and portfolios throughout the United States. Mr. Potter began his professional real estate career at The Malin Group valuing complex commercial real estate properties on behalf of financial institutions.
