Scott Glenn has over 9 years of commercial real estate experience including real estate finance, transactions, portfolio administration and property management. Currently Scott is Director of Account Operations on the Chevron account with oversight of account management, finance and operation functions.
Scott joined CBRE in 2010 as a Financial Analyst on the Chevron account responsible for reporting and analysis of Chevron’s retail portfolio. In 2011 he was promoted to the Finance Manger role where he is responsible for the management of the accounts finance/operations team. In 2013 Scott was promoted to Director of Account Operations overseeing the finance and operations functions for the account and Chevron’s retail locations. His team is responsible for the oversight of Chevron’s operating and capital budgets, facility assets and account management processes.
Prior to joining CBRE, Scott worked for Bank of America in supporting their transaction management/investments team in the management of their office portfolio. He supported the Countrywide and Merrill Lynch transitions in lease and buyout analysis.
Scott received his Bachelor of Science in Finance with a focus in Real Estate from Brigham Young University. He has also earned an accreditation for a California Real Estate Salesperson License.
