Professional Experience

Ryan Sharpe graduated from California State University – Long Beach with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance & Investments. He began his career with Merrill Lynch and then shifted to UBS where he focused on business development. At Merrill Lynch he provided marketing and sales support to branches and their teams and gained exposure to wealth management business, products, services and clients’ financial needs. Ryan then transitioned to NAI Capital where he primarily served the needs of the commercial real estate marketplace throughout Southern California, with an emphasis in Orange County. At NAI Capital he provided retail development services, tenant and landlord representation, consultation, site selection services and investment sales. Ryan joined Marcus & Millichap in 2013, and later joined CBRE’s Newport Beach office in July, 2015. Today he specializes in the sale and advisory services of commercial investment properties in the coastal cities of Southern California, primarily focusing in Los Angeles County.
