Ronald Holzschu serves as a trusted advisor helping CBRE clients grow top line revenues, transform their real estate portfolios, improve efficiency and execute real estate transactions. He brings over 30 years of experience and specializes in value creation, real estate strategy and the transformation of people, processes and systems. Ronald currently leads the B2B and PMO for CBRE’s Schneider Electric relationship. Prior, he was the Consulting Strategist for the CBRE’s central region, and an Enterprise Strategist serving Bank of America.
Ronald started his career with the Rockwell and Roadway organizations working in various real estate capacities across their automotive, aerospace and logistic operating groups. In the second half of his career, Ronald has provided professional client services with Deloitte, Mesirow Financial and CBRE.
Ronald’s global experience has helped CBRE clients manage complex change initiatives and delivered increased revenues, improved operating margins while mitigating risks.
