Robert Dimmig has more than 28 years of experience in local and regional economic development. He joined CBRE|Buffalo in 2016 as a licensed real estate salesperson. Prior to CBRE|Buffalo, Bob was executive director of the Town of Tonawanda Development Corporation in Tonawanda, NY.
The experience Bob gained in Tonawanda lends itself well to the real estate needs of public sector and private sector clients. Bob is well-versed in the preparation of strategic plans, development of new business parks and redevelopment of brownfields, program administration and access to grant funds. He has assisted commercial and industrial companies locate sites, access public incentives and coordinate approvals with municipal departments and agencies.
