Rob Roy, Jr. is the Executive Managing Director of Asset Services for CBRE's Southeast United States Region. His responsibilities include oversight of an approximately 222-million-square-foot real estate management portfolio, approximately 1,200 real estate management and engineering employees, and client relationships within the region. Additionally, Rob is responsible for new business development for the region.
Rob joined CBRE in August 2007 and brings over 20 years' experience in commercial real estate and real estate management practices. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a Director for Crescent Real Estate Equities, a publicly traded REIT. He was responsible for the Central Texas Region's management and leasing portfolio comprised of approximately 3.5 million square feet of Class A, CBD and suburban office properties. Prior to his role as Director, he was responsible for overseeing approximately 2.4 million square feet of office and 100,000 square feet of retail and The Renaissance Hotel, a 389-room high rise in Houston, Texas.
Rob also served as Property Manager for the BMC Software Complex in Houston for Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he served as Property Manager for Premisys Real Estate Services where he was responsible for Conoco Center and Marathon Oil Tower in Houston, Texas.
