Ricky Giancola is a multifamily sales professional, advising investors and owners of multifamily investment opportunities throughout San Diego County. As a member of the CBRE Rising Leaders Program, Mr. Giancola focuses on the acquisition, redevelopment and disposition of multifamily properties. Submarkets of emphasis include Mid-City, Normal Heights, City Heights, and Kensington-Talmadge.
Mr. Giancola provides clients with in-depth market research, financial analysis and strategic counsel to help them achieve their goals of growing and maintaining their multifamily portfolios. Additionally, he works with Debt and Structured Finance to identify the most advantageous capital structures and finance solutions to help his clients be successful. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Giancola was a technology sales professional for Glassdoor in San Francisco where he provided recruiting and branding solutions to mid-market accounts in the U.S. and Canada.
