Rachel Hemingway Parsons is a multifamily sales professional with 16 years of experience in CBRE's Investment Properties. She specializes in the sale of apartment communities, multifamily development and land sales in San Diego and throughout Southern California.

Ms. Parsons provides institutional and private capital clients consultative guidance to help them achieve their specific goals of growing and maintaining their multifamily portfolios. She achieves success for her clients through market leading brokerage expertise, consulting and valuation services. Ms. Parsons is closely aligned with Debt and Structured Finance to identify the most advantageous joint venture partnerships, capital structures, and finance solutions to help her clients be successful.

Ms. Parsons has spent her entire professional career at CBRE Group, Inc. She was raised in San Diego in a commercial real estate family and interned at CBRE while attending the University of California, San Diego. She began her professional career at CBRE as part of the San Diego Multifamily team in 2001.
