Mr. McDonald joined the Atlanta office of CBRE Capital Markets – Debt & Structured Finance in January of 2015 and is focused on sourcing, underwriting, marketing and closing debt and equity placement opportunities across all commercial property types while developing and maintaining client relationships with owners/developers, lenders and equity investors. Since being at CBRE, Mr. McDonald has been involved in almost $1 billion in transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. McDonald was with JAMESTOWN, L.P., a real estate private equity fund manager, where he had asset management responsibilities for several opportunistic real estate investments, which were primarily located in the southeast.
Prior to JAMESTOWN, Mr. McDonald was with CBRE – Valuation & Advisory where he began his career in 2007. Mr. McDonald holds a B.S. from Vanderbilt University and is member of NAIOP, being named a 2015 ‘NAIOP Future Leader.’
