Paul King has been one of the most active, productive and successful commercial real estate brokers in Connecticut, and specifically Fairfield County, since 1978. He started his career in 1976 in Boston, Massachusetts.
Over the past 37 years, Mr. King has leased in excess of 5.0 million SF of Class A and B space, literally hundreds of bank locations, and successfully handled over 1.0 million SF of exclusive agency assignments. In addition, he has sold well over 100 acres of prime commercially zoned land and another half million square feet of office buildings. He has represented hundreds of users in his career.
Since 1999, Mr. King has been involved in several of the largest office transactions in Fairfield County including priceline.com’s 133,000 SF lease in Norwalk -- the largest transaction of the year in lower Fairfield County in 1999, WebHouse's 90,000 SF lease in Greenwich -- the second largest lease in Fairfield County in 2000, Verizon’s 80,000 SF lease in Westchester County and GE Capital’s 314,000 SF lease in Stamford – the largest new lease in Fairfield County in eight years. In addition, Mr. King has negotiated over 300 bank leases throughout Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.

Wrote several articles on commercial real estate for Real Estate Forum, Commercial Property News, The New England Real Estate Journal and Corporate Real Estate Executive, among others.
Finished in the top five production list four times in his five full years and five times in seven years with CBRE in Connecticut.
