Philip has over a decade of commercial real estate experience predominately providing strategic asset management advice to large multi nationals. This involved the acquisition, disposition, leasing, valuation, rent review and management of a diverse range of real estate assets across the UK, Ireland and Continental Europe.
In addition, Philip‘s professional advice has been published in the real estate press on such issues as lease negotiation, energy efficiency and green initiatives for landlords and tenants.
After immigrating to Canada, Philip joined CBRE in January 2011 as Transaction Manager for the Chevron account providing strategic oversight for 300 properties totaling more than 9 million square feet of land throughout British Columbia and Alberta.
In 2012, Philip was promoted to Director of Project Management with an extended remit overseeing project and facilities management for Chevron’s North American Retail portfolio.
Philip graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Economics from the University of Leicester. He has a Master of Science with a Distinction in Commercial Real Estate (Surveying) from the University of Reading as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kent. Philip is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
