Professional Experience

 

For the past 21 years, Philip Buckley has successfully arranged the sale of more than a hundred properties for CBRE’s Top Apartment & Investment Property Team in San Diego. Mr. Buckley’s recent marketing assignments resulted in the sale of 14 properties for a total consideration of more than $35 million. While Mr. Buckley’s primary focus is San Diego apartment sales, he also assists clients with the sale of all property types (multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and land), and is an expert in 1031 exchange. Mr. Buckley’s extensive market knowledge, marketing expertise, vast resources, credibility, and ability to articulate value, allow investors to achieve maximum results.

After earning a BA in communications and an MBA in finance, Mr. Buckley joined Wells Fargo Bank as a Financial Sales Officer, where he sold a full spectrum of commercial bank products. In 1996, Mr. Buckley began his career selling apartments for CBRE’s top producing San Diego Apartment Team
