Phil Brosseau’s focus is marketing multifamily assets for institutional and private clients in North and South Carolina. Prior to working at CBRE, Mr. Brosseau was Vice President of Development at Fairfield Residential. He was in charge of new development activities for the southeastern U.S. including numerous development projects in Raleigh and Charlotte. The new development pipeline he managed for Fairfield in the southeastern markets totaled 2,722 units and nearly $381 million.
Before joining Fairfield, Mr. Brosseau worked for a southeastern apartment investment sales group. During his tenure he was a part of a transaction team that completed approximately $3 billion in sales with record pricing per unit in Raleigh, Charlotte and Charleston. Mr. Brosseau’s past clients include Wood Partners, Archon, Prudential Real Estate, Crow Holdings, Greystar Real Estate Partners and Trammell Crow Residential.
Mr. Brosseau began his career with the Trammell Crow Company in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Brosseau is active in several professional organizations including the Urban Land Institute, NMHC, and the Terry College of Business Alumni organization.
