Peter Turchin is a Vice Chairman with CBRE, focusing solely on owner representation in New York City. As the longest-standing member and co-leader of the firm’s Agency Group, Mr. Turchin has become known throughout the city as a specialist for building repositions and ground-up construction. His notable agency projects include 250 West 55th Street, Times Square Tower, The New York Times Building, and 3, 4 and 7 World Trade Center. Mr. Turchin has been recognized as a Top Leasing Broker from CoStar every year since 2004. As a licensed attorney, Mr. Turchin combines a legal and business background that has proven to be a major advantage in arranging, structuring and negotiating transactions. He is also active in the real estate community, teaching internal classes at CBRE and continuing education classes for the Real Estate Board of New York. He regularly appears in The New York Times, Crain’s New York Business and The Real Deal—and in October 2014 was profiled in The Wall Street Journal—as well as making appearances on Bloomberg News and The Stoler Report.
