Peter Alden serves as the Vice President, Digital Sales Strategy and Operations supporting CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services, the
largest service line at the company.
Peter joined CBRE in early 2017, when CBRE acquired the New
York City-based technology startup Floored. Prior to acquisition, Floored
operated as a venture-backed real estate tech start-up based in New York
City—building and selling next-generation 3D visualization software to the
largest landlords and developers in the world. Peter joined Floored as one of
the first employees to build the sales organization and during his tenure, the
sales team more than quadrupled in size, accomplished more than 8x revenue
growth and achieved company profitability with a flagship software offering. In
2017, Peter successfully integrated the Floored sales team into CBRE, executed
a 71-office roadshow, and exceeded product adoption goals.
Before joining Floored, Peter was part of a top brokerage
team at Cushman & Wakefield where he was the youngest member on the leasing
team for One World Trade Center, worked on more than 10 million square feet of
exclusive listings, represented some of New York City's largest and most
prestigious landlords, and was a finalist for the Real Estate Board of New
York's Most Promising Young Sales Person.
