Professional Experience

Pete Marino is an Executive Vice President in the Chicago Office of CBRE Capital Markets where he has been involved with debt and equity originations since 1999. Within various roles of the team, he has underwritten and closed $9 billion for institutional and private commercial real estate owners. Pete has an extensive network of long standing debt and equity relationships including life insurance companies, banks, debt funds, credit companies, CMBS and Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. In addition to arranging traditional mortgage loans, his experience includes analyzing and structuring equity joint ventures, mezzanine debt and single tenant financings both in Chicago and nationwide. Pete’s transaction history includes financings for office, industrial, retail, multifamily, condominium and technology related real estate.
