Professional Experience

Paul W. Carr is a member of CBRE’s Investment Properties Group, and leader of the Private Capital Group (PCG) Office & Industrial Team in Tampa, with a primary focus on the sale of office and industrial investment properties in Central and Southwest Florida.  As a Senior Associate in the Tampa office, Paul specializes in representing both local and national private, institutional and corporate clients in the acquisition, disposition and analysis of investment properties in multiple markets in Central and Southwest Florida.

Since 2004, Paul has been involved in sale transactions exceeding 13.7 million square feet and totaling over $1.3 billion dollars. Prior to joining CBRE, Paul worked in the Capital Markets Group of Trammell Crow Company on a team that covered office and industrial investment sales for Central Florida and North Florida. Prior to Trammell Crow, Paul worked at the real estate investment banking firm NorthMarq Capital, specializing in providing clients debt and equity financing solutions.

Paul is an active member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), and the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies in Tampa, Florida. Paul graduated from the University of Florida, earning both a Master’s degree in Finance from the Hough Graduate School of Business and a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
