PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Paul O’Connell is a Senior Associate Director with the Capital Markets | Financial Consulting Group (FCG) in Philadelphia, PA.  He has 19 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in the sale of investment properties for domestic and international clients including pension fund advisors, REITs, developers, private equity investors, Tenant-In-Common programs (TICs) and major corporations.  Paul has been involved in the sale of approximately $9.5 billion of investment properties on behalf of third party institutional clients.

Paul is a member of the Capital Markets Philadelphia team, a 12 person team which focuses on the disposition of investment properties primarily in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Northern Maryland.  He joined CBRE in 2005.  Prior to joining CBRE, Paul worked 8 years as an Senior Financial Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield in their Philadelphia office.
