Paul Lundstedt joined CBRE’s Capital Markets - Institutional Properties in 2012 as executive vice president. Based in the firm’s Chicago office, he specializes in office investment sales throughout the greater Chicago area and the Midwest.
Previously, Mr. Lundstedt served as executive vice president and director of Grubb & Ellis’ Institutional Capital Markets Group. There, he specialized in the representation of institutional owners in the disposition of investment properties throughout the Midwest. Prior to Grubb & Ellis, Mr. Lundstedt was an executive director at Cushman & Wakefield since 1991. He was one of the leading brokers nationally for the Capital Markets Group, and previously served as the chairman for the National Advisory Board within Cushman & Wakefield. Mr. Lundstedt started his career in commercial real estate with CB Commercial in 1982 in Portland, Oregon, transferring to their Chicago Suburban North office in 1987 where he stayed through 1991.
Throughout his career, Paul has arranged the sale of more than $13 billion of investment real estate totaling 75 million square feet, focusing primarily on office assets (46 million square feet valued at $7.1 billion in the Chicago CBD and Suburban markets).
