As a member of the CBRE/New England Retail Advisory & Transaction Services team, Paul Grossman brings over 12 years of retail real estate experience servicing client needs in both landlord and tenant representation.
With a primary focus on the City of Boston and immediately surrounding markets, Paul and his team worked extensively on agency assignments throughout the region. Most recently, Paul worked on the successful repositioning of Porter Square Galleria and University Hall in Cambridge for CBRE Global Investors and Lesley University. In Boston’s Back Bay, Paul is working with TA Realty to add gross leasable area and a retail opportunity to 131 Dartmouth Street, as well as various small shop space on Newbury and Boylston Streets. Paul is working with Deutsche Bank Asset Management and a local property owner in the creative and successful leasing of their properties in Boston's Fort Point and Seaport districts.
Outside of the city, Paul has completed major project leasing assignments such as Third Ave in Burlington, Massachusetts (a 550,000 SF, Wegman's-anchored, ground-up development), Lakeway Commons in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts (a high=end grocery-anchored, ground-up retail and residential project), Wayland Town Center (a 155,000 SF, mixed-use, Stop & Shop-anchored ground-up development), The Berkshire Mall (a 720,000 SF enclosed mall redevelopment) and the Brown University retail portfolio. Paul and his team are currently leasing Tuscan Village, a 1.5 MSF retail and mixed-use development in Salem, New Hampshire.
Paul's tenant representation work is equally diverse. He has assisted in the rollout of MiniLuxe through eight completed deals throughout the market, as well as Comcast Xfinity in more than 15 locations, and Bank of America in numerous new branches and ATMs. His restaurant experience includes opening three Verts Mediterranean locations in 2017, as well as working with new full-service restaurants to Boston including Water Grill out of Southern California, Quality Branded out of New York City and True Food Kitchen out of Phoenix.

Outside of the office, Paul is involved in numerous nonprofit organizations including a Chairperson role for Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
