As co-leader of the CBRE/New England Urban Restaurant & Retail team, Paul Grossman brings over 13 years of retail real estate experience servicing client needs in both landlord and tenant representation.
With a primary focus on the city of Boston and immediately surrounding markets, Paul and his team work extensively on agency assignments throughout the region. Most recently, Paul and the Urban team were elected to reposition Brattle Court—Harvard Square's most visible retail. They were also recently selected to represent L3 Capital/LaSalle on the retail leasing of their 75,000 SF redevelopment of the former Barnes & Noble building at 399 Washington in Downtown Crossing. Paul has also recently worked on the successful repositioning of Porter Square Galleria and University Hall in Cambridge for CBRE Global Investors and Lesley University. In Boston's Back Bay, Paul is consulting on numerous assignments while focused on creating a viable, sustainable and attractive merchandising mix. Paul is working with Crescent Heights, The Fallon Company, Deutsche Bank Asset Management and Bentall Kennedy in the creative and successful leasing of their properties in Boston's Fort Point and Seaport Districts.
Paul's tenant representation work is equally diverse. He is currently working with well-known retailers such as Reebok, Maserati, Bank of America, Kiehl's and Comcast Xfinity, as well as new-to-market brands such as True Food Kitchen, Bluestone Lane and District Winery.
Prior to CBRE/NE, Paul was with Strategic Retail Advisors in Framingham, Massachusetts, where he focused on lifestyle tenant representation and project leasing.
Paul's expertise and market knowledge stretches throughout New England.
Outside of the office, Paul is involved in numerous nonprofit organizations including a Chairperson role for Make-A-Wish Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He lives in Boxford, Massachusetts, with his wife, son and three rescue dogs.
