Paul Gaither has been with CBRE since 1997, specializing in retail investment sales throughout the southeast for CBRE Investment Properties.
During this time, he has coordinated the sale of neighborhood, community and power centers, enclosed malls, single tenant net leased investments, and retail land totaling approximately $1.5 billion in value and over 14 million square feet. Paul has facilitated many notable transactions including the sale of several of the largest open air centers in the state, such as The Avenue at Murfreesboro ($163 million), the Pinnacle at Turkey Creek ($131 million) and Providence Marketplace ($115 million).
Paul has successfully represented a full spectrum of clients, from private developers and investors, to publically traded REIT’s and institutions. Paul utilizes in-depth market knowledge, vast transactional experience, and real-time capital market insight to provide his clients valuable perspective and optimal results.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Gaither practiced architecture, where he participated in the design and project management of numerous retail and hospitality projects throughout the southeast.
