​Professional Experience

Patti Peterson is a Director of Project Management with CBRE. She and her team focus on Investor Project Management, partnering with professionals and clients from CBRE Asset Services. Patti has 15 years of combined project management and marketing experience in commercial and residential construction working for developers ranging from start-ups to NYSE-listed developers. Her skills include managing and designing teams of architects and engineers, government processing, permitting and entitlements, LEED processing, budgeting and cash flow projections. Her range of experience spans retail and grocery stores to golf course retirement communities. Most recently Patti has joined project management of Columbia Center and Plaza East in Seattle, WA.

  • ​Ashbaugh Beal-office update to include addition of two conference rooms, renovating elevator lobby, update carpet and paint,5-phase after hours work
  • City of Seattle Attorneys-Custom build-out of 3 contiguous floors to create a cutting-edge, progressive office including limited library space, extensive conference room and “team” space and high density file space on each floor.  Goal is to allow City attorneys to feel like they are working in a private firm.
  • Bendich Stobaugh-Relocating existing tenant to new, vacant space; build-out includes new casework, flooring, lighting, library and offices.

  • ​Effectively managed commercial construction projects totaling over $35 million is construction cost
  • Delivered projects to clients on time and on budget, with organized and efficient closeouts including collection of TI reimbursements
  • Grand Ridge Plaza at Issaquah Highlands-Issaquah, WA; external client: Regency Centers, 119,000 SF retail-project included site improvements and two parks, delivered spaces turn-key and warm-shell, all on schedule and 2% under budget
  • Northgate Shopping Center-Medford, OR: external client: Regency Centers, 81,000 SF retail and four restaurants-site improvements included three offsite intersection upgrades

  • ​Successfully guided the start-up developer with the launch of 78 luxury-home community and a 122 mid-range-home community with the objective of  handing a planning, design and marketing program to family members to step in and fulfill these roles

  • ​Worked with a design team that included market research analysts, architects, engineers and land planners to develop product types within master-planned communities ranging in size from 150 to 2,000 homes; product types included senior and family housing, rental and for sale, mid-priced to luxury, single- and multi-family locatied in California, New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Illinois
  • Led design for 34 prototypes, 7 model home complexes and sale pavilions, 2 Clubhouses and constructed over 750 homes
  • Accountable for departmental design budgets and cash flow of $5-$8 million per year
  • Interfaced with regional marketing and constructions departments to create consistent project branding and identity, including finish specifications, model home complexes, sales pavilions, clubhouse interiors, signage and monuments

  • ​Managed all aspects of sales and marketing, including product planning and positioning, for mid-sized residential developer of single-family and multi-family communites
