Professional Experience

Patricia HC Ardigo is a First Vice President in the Westchester/Fairfield Office. She has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. Ms. Ardigo not only offers tenant and landlord representation to bioscience, medical device, and pharmaceutical companies, but also serves as a national consultant to developers, universities, and institutions in facilitating the development of research and innovation parks.

To aid her efforts in this concentration, Ms. Ardigo created the platform for Insignia/ESG’s Bioscience/Pharmaceutical Group. A consortium of domestic and international brokers devoted to providing real estate services to those industries. In 2003 CBRE acquired Insignia/ESG. At CBRE she was the first director of the Life Science Group. Ms. Ardigo worked with the CBRE team to successfully integrate the platform, allowing for a more national and international scope, which, not only looks to educate and represent life science, medical device, and pharmaceutical companies, but to help facilitate the development of research and innovation parks.
