Professional Experience

 

Pat Feeney is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Phoenix office. Patfocuses on the sale and lease of single and multi-tenant industrial properties, land sales, build-to-suit projects, investment property sales and landlord and tenant representation located throughout metropolitan Phoenix. Entering his 34th year in commercial real estate, Pat has brokered over 3,500 transactions for over 250 million square feet. He has consistently been ranked in the top 20 percent of brokers in the Phoenix CBRE office over the last 30 years. Considered a market expert in the metropolitan Phoenix industrial sector, Pat is frequently called upon to contribute to publications and speaking engagements in the real estate market.

Pat began his commercial real estate career with CBRE in 1985. In 1987, Pat partnered with Joe Porter, one of Arizona’s leading industrial commercial real estate professionals. Daniel Calihanjoined the team in 1996 and Rusty Kennedy in 2007. Over the course of their, the team has been among the top producing brokerage professionals for CBRE’s Phoenix office on a yearly basis.

Prior to his real estate career CBRE, Pat worked in the photography and restaurant industries for several years, owning his own businesses and honing his client service mindset.
