Paige Avery is a Senior Valuation Associate for CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services and a member of the Seniors Housing & Healthcare specialty practice. Paige provides a wide array of advisory services including third-party valuations, market studies, and feasibility analysis throughout the United States. Paige’s primary focus is in the northeastern U.S., providing consulting services to investment firms, property owners, developers and financial institutions.
Ms. Avery is a graduate from Bridgewater State University’s Ricciardi College of Business, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Upon graduation, she obtained her license as an Appraiser Trainee and is currently licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Paige is actively involved in the Boston community, and is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity in the Greater Boston area. Additionally, she is a member of CBRE’s Women’s Network, the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Appraisers and the Young Leaders Group for the Boston/New England Chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
