Norbert Buelsing joined CBRE, Hawaii Office in 2012 as Senior Vice President Investment Services. Norb has over 35 years of real estate experience and brings a strong track record of success in understanding a wide range of commercial real estate services, from which investor clients will benefit.
Most recently, Norb was the President of A&B Properties, Inc., the real estate operating subsidiary of Alexander & Baldwin, Inc (NYSE:ALEX). His responsibilities included acquisition and disposition of income properties for the firm’s eight million square foot income portfolio, as well as oversight of construction and sales of commercial developments and resort projects in Hawaii and on the U.S. mainland. Norb has completed sales and transactions of over 140 commercial properties with an aggregate transactional value in excess of $1.6 billion.
Prior to A&B Properties, Buelsing was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Chaney, Brooks & Company during which time it became both the largest real estate firm in Hawaii and one of the five largest property management firms in the United States.
