Professional Experience
Nora Brady has been in the real estate business for nineteen years advising office tenants and landlords in developing and implementing real estate strategies that accomplish their business objectives. Prior to joining CBRE in 2007 Ms Brady spent twelve years with the Trammell Crow Company in both their Philadelphia and Boston office markets. During her career she has represented numerous Landlords and Tenants in both markets in the leasing and management of office space.
Ms. Brady is currently part of the team, responsible for leasing of the master planned office park – Atwater located in Malvern, PA, offering 2.6 million square feet of build to suit available space. Other assignments include the leasing of 588 North Gulph Road consisting of 40,000 SF of office space and 702 Electronic Drive in Horsham, PA consisting of 20,000 SF of Class A office and lab space.
Ms Brady’s expertise includes financial analysis, tenant representation, market site analysis and recommendations, lease negotiations and strategic real estate planning, marketing and implementation.
