As Senior Vice President for the Assessment and Consulting Services (ACS) group, a division of CBRE’s Valuation and Advisory Services (VAS), Mrs. Boatwright represents CBRE’s Premier Client platform for the Western US Region. Through the premier client platform, Mrs. Boatwright is responsible for Client Relationship Management and Business Development for the Assessment & Consulting Service group's property due diligence services: Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, Zoning Compliance, Seismic Surveys, Construction Risk Management and a wide range of additional consultative due diligence capabilities.
Mrs. Boatwright’s representative clients include National/Regional Banks, Commercial Mortgage Brokers, REITs, Real Estate Investment/Development firms, Multifamily Agency Lenders, Insurance Companies, Attorneys, and Corporate Real Estate Departments.
Before joining CBRE, Mrs. Boatwright served as a Regional Business Development Manager for EDR, providing data and technology consultation supporting the Commercial Real Estate Due Diligence process.
Mrs. Boatwright began her career as a REALTOR and gained real estate experience in Residential Multifamily, and Commercial Construction as well as Property Management. Her deep real estate knowledge paired with almost 20 years of consultation selling experience allows her to provide customized scopes and comprehensive due diligence strategies to clients.
