Nicole Peetz serves as a Client Services Specialist for the team of John Schumacher, III and Bret Quinlan, one of the company’s most respected, top-producing industrial teams at CBRE. Building on an extensive background in commercial real estate, Nicole is responsible for the creation of business development marketing materials, client packages, and the client database for the team which is known for landlord and tenant representation in the South Bay industrial market. Some of these specialty services include customized searches of the market, maps, flyers and brochures for clients that require customized support. To maintain the team’s first-class initiatives, Nicole provides efficient strategizing with team member Lorraine Webber, who is also a senior client services specialist for the Schumacher-Quinlan team. Nicole and Lorraine combine hands-on real estate experience to produce customized support for clients who value the team’s unique depth across real estate services. The Schumacher-Quinlan team’s unique system of delegation and collaboration allows for a superior networking of client services through a reflexive relationship with evolving industry standards.
Nicole began her real estate career at Grubb and Ellis, then Colliers International, where she grew seasoned knowledge of market fundamentals. Starting as a Research Analyst, she helped coordinate and maintain Grubb and Ellis’s Research Department; transitioning to Transaction Services, she later assisted senior brokers at both Grubb and Colliers. In spring 2012, Nicole joined the South Bay CBRE office, where she applies this professional background to landlord and tenant representation on the Schumacher-Quinlan team.
