Nicholas M. Weld is a Vice President with Advisory and Transaction Services in Denver, Colorado, with a specific concentration in the Downtown Denver submarket. His client base includes leading tenants in major industries including oil and gas, technology/creative, FIRE (finance, insurance, real estate), legal and consulting. As one of CBRE’s preeminent Downtown office market specialists, Nic is actively involved in many of its largest and most complex transactions.

Before moving to Denver, Nic worked in CBRE’s top-producing Midtown Manhattan office where he focused on the boutique financial services industry and represented some of the world’s leading hedge funds, private equity and investment banking firms. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked at Cushman & Wakefield in the firm’s office brokerage division. Nic started his career in finance, with Oppenheimer & Co., where he led business development and due diligence of institutional money managers for a group within the Private Wealth Management Division.
