Nick joined CBRE in July of 1994 and specializes in industrial distribution sale and lease transactions in New Jersey. Since 2000, Nick has focused his resources on landlord representation within the Tri-State area, which has formed a well-rounded consultant-based approach that provides best-in-class service for local, national and international clients.
Nick provides a high level of energy and ability to the firm in addition to a strong focus on his clients’ needs, from nurturing existing relationships to anticipating future trends that could impact his customers’ business operations. In the past two years, Nick and his team have finalized $350,000,000 worth of transactions equaling almost 9,000,000 square feet.
Nick applies his sailing background with the United States Merchant Fleet, to service specialty customers such as import/export based companies.
