As Sr. Contracts Administrator within CBRE's Global Corporate Services group and with over 21 years of Engineering and Construction experience, Nellie acts as CBRE’s Contracts Administrator; ensuring consistent, high quality service and mitigation of risk.
Nellie is dedicated and a self-motivated team player with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and is committed to providing a work product that satisfies her customers. Nellie maintains all Service Contractor Agreements, Work Authorizations, Amendments and COI’s in accordance with applicable laws, company policy and account policy. She is responsible for records management as it relates to contractor agreements and completeness of all vendor files. Contracts and other critical documents are maintained electronically as well as in hard copy. Nellie has managed 300+ contracts and work authorizations. Her work with CBRE has further exposed her to our Ariba platform and high degree of familiarity with CBRE standard contract language. Nellie’s prior working experience in Procurement/Subcontract Administration afforded her the ability to prioritize, organize and accomplish large volumes of contracts.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nellie worked for S & B Engineers and Constructors Ltd. 21-yrs; holding progressively more challenging positions including Procurement Buyer’s Assistant, Subcontract Management Director’s Assistant, Subcontract Coordinator, and Subcontract Administrator.
