With over 1,000 lease and sales transactions to his credit, Neal Golub specializes in retail property brokerage on the Westside of Los Angeles. He has 28 years of real estate experience in the field. His expertise has helped him close transactions with many of the country's top retailers such as Walgreens, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, AT&T, Comerica Bank, Lenscrafters, Payless ShoeSource, Puma, The Vitamin Shoppe and many others.

Neal Golub has also represented and successfully closed transactions with some of the largest and most prestigious retail property owners and bank trusts such as: Grosvenor USA, Topa Management Company, and City National Bank.

One distinct aspect of Neal's business plan is a focus on high-end luxury market retailers.  As such, he is part of the CBRE Urban Retail Group.  The Urban Retail Group is a select group of CBRE agents, throughout its hundreds of offices worldwide, that provide seamless and comprehensive real estate brokerage services to both retailers and property owners in the most exclusive and specialty shopping districts throughout the globe.
