Experience

Nathan W. Kent is a Certified General licensed appraiser with CBRE Valuation and Advisory Services. He began work in real estate appraisal in 2011 as an appraiser’s assistant with Colliers International and worked towards his certification, which he achieved in 2014. He then joined CBRE in 2015 in the Small Loan Services group within the Valuation department. Mr. Kent has experience providing real estate appraisals for financial institutions and individual and corporate property owners, among others. He has appraisal experience with many different property types, from Southern California up through the Central Coast, including office buildings, medical office buildings, office condominiums, industrial buildings, retail buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, multifamily residential, mixed-use developments, religious facilities, various types of land, proposed developments, net-leased properties, and ground-leased properties.
