Nate has worked in real estate since graduating with honors from Western University’s Urban Development Program in 2013. Before joining CBRE, Nate was employed by various privately held Toronto based real estate firms working primarily on research and development projects.
After joining CBRE’s Land Services Group in 2015, Nate worked as an analyst for 2 years with a focus on planning policy and market research. This knowledge assists his team and clients in determining the highest and best use for a given property. Nate’s broad foundational real estate education combined with his strong work ethic ensure he provides his clients and his team with value on every assignment. At the end of 2016, Nate transitioned into his current role as a sales representative. Nate has worked on behalf of private developers, large public institutions and private families and has experience transacting residential, retail and employment land.
