Professional Experience

Ms. Badzey is a Senior Marketing Director focusing on the sale of multi-housing investment properties from the Westside to the Downtown Los Angeles and the Greater San Fernando Valley. As a member of Team Lustig-Bower, one of the top teams within CBRE, Ms. Badzey plays a pivotal role in facilitating negotiations by managing the escrow process, supervising the assembly and organization of due diligence materials, facilitating property tours and implementing Team Lustig-Bower’s comprehensive marketing campaign for each property.

Ms. Badzey works closely with clients to ensure that each transaction is meticulously and successfully completed. Her superior organizational and project management skills, attention to detail and commitment to client requirements, guarantee that each property receives extensive consideration throughout the marketing and escrow process.

Team Lustig-Bower is committed to serving multi-housing property investors by satisfying their unique needs in acquiring and selling apartment buildings, condominium conversions/reversions and land for multi-housing development.  The Team is composed of five skilled and licensed professionals, who, by creating value through strategy, intellectual capital and a unique, comprehensive marketing process, have sold or marketed approximately $5 billion of investment properties in the last seven years.

Prior to joining Team Lustig-Bower in 1998, Ms. Badzey worked for four years handling creative promotions for U.S. Sales Corporation, a direct marketing firm.

Ms. Badzey graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in English Literature and Creative Writing.

Ms. Badzey and her Team were recently ranked the Number 2 Team nationally in the CBRE/Private Client Group for 2010. Ms. Badzey was a 2005 recipient of the National Ambassador Award for CBRE for her demonstration of leadership, initiative and determination to provide superior service. Ms. Badzey was also nominated for the 2005 “Employee of the Year Award”, and was awarded the CBRE “Team of the Year Award” in 2005 and 2004 for her contribution in making Team Lustig-Bower one of the most successful teams in Southern California. In 2007, Team Lustig-Bower was ranked the #1 Broker nationally in the CBRE/Private Client Group and the recipient of the “Top 5 Transactions of the Year Award."
