Mark Seger is an Executive Vice President of CBRE|MEGA. His emphasis since joining the company in August of 1997 has been in the Investment Sales Division. From 1998 to 2008, Mark has sold over $400 million in investment property, ranging from net-leased credit properties, office industrial and retail investments, multi-family properties, senior housing facilities and hotel assets. Over that same time frame, Mark has sold over $5 million in development land and has leased over 200,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space. Additionally, Mark has successfully assisted several clients in completing 1031 exchange transactions. Mark has also been a team member in collaboration with CB Richard Ellis’s Private Client Group, the Minneapolis and the Phoenix multi-family teams, the Senior Housing Team and CBRE’s Investment Properties Institutional Group.
Prior to joining CBRE|MEGA, Mark was a Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending for First National Bank of Omaha. During his fourteen-year tenure with First National, Mark handled construction interim and permanent loans on a variety of commercial projects throughout the Midwest.
Mark is a 12 year recipient of the Chairman’s Club Award, CBRE|MEGA’s highest honor, given to those individuals demonstrating teamwork, the highest ethical standards and top sales volume. Mark is also a shareholder and officer in the company.
