Based in the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office, Morgan Dunne serves as the Program Manager for CBRE’s Learning and Development team. In this role, Morgan handles all events and CBRE University programs for the group, overseeing all aspects of each program from start to finish, including developing session details, planning the program, monitoring and tracking progress, administering the budget and managing all communications.
Prior to her current role, Morgan served as a Meeting and Events Coordinator with CBRE’s Events group within Americas Marketing. During that time, Morgan worked on numerous high-profile events and conferences including CBRE University, Women’s Networking Forum, Multihousing Conference, ICSC and Americas Summit. She was responsible for managing all details to allow for a successful event, including selecting a venue, tracking registration, managing pre-and post-event evaluations, calculating the budget, securing A/V technology, coordinating sleeping rooms and ground transportation, designing marketing materials, and selecting menus and décor.
Morgan’s main focus from 2011-2013 was overseeing events for CBRE University, a learning and development program with 8-10 different events throughout the year where participants gain knowledge through lectures, networking and team building activities.
