He has completed transactions totaling over $250 million in his 25 year career. He specializes in the representation of tenants, buyers and developers of industrial real estate.
He joined CBRE/Hubbell Commercial in 2009 after 14 years with Grubb & Ellis* where he was Senior Vice President and Industrial Team Leader.
Morey has represented corporate clients as well as local and regional tenants and developers in large transactions in the Des Moines market and surrounding region. Among his more notable transactions are the sale of the former Rubbermaid facility in Centerville, Iowa (660,000 SF), the sale of the former SuperValu Warehouse in Urbandale, Iowa (611,054 SF), the sale and leaseback of the American Identity Headquarters in Orange City, Iowa (487,121 SF), the sale of Interstate Acres Industrial Park (440,000 SF) and the sale of the fromer RR Donnelly printing facility in Eldridge, Iowa (322,000 SF).
