Mildred Hurd is the Director of Human Resources for the Bank
of America account. Ms. Hurd is responsible for the development and
implementation of human resources strategies for 650 team members in the U. S.
In addition, she provides consultation and support for an additional 125 team
members in 43 countries.
Ms. Hurd oversees three human resources managers, and
together, the team focuses on compensation, employee relations, organizational
development, performance management and training. In addition, they provide
professional support for human resources initiatives implemented across CBRE.
Ms. Hurd’s background in human resources spans more than 25
years. Prior to joining CBRE in 2011, she spent the majority of her career in
the manufacturing sector, performing in successively larger assignments. Her
responsibilities enabled her to gain experience across all areas of human
resources, including policy development and implementation, compensation,
benefits design and administration, safety, health and wellness, payroll,
governmental compliance programs, and training and development. In addition,
Ms. Hurd contributed as human resources partner in the creation of the
company’s sustainability program and business continuity plan.
Ms. Hurd has been a featured speaker for several regional
conferences on topics such as creating a workplace wellness program and
utilizing work keys to improve employee performance.
