Professional Experience

 

Michael Strittmatter specializes in landlord leasing throughout the metro Phoenix area with a focus on representing Class A building owners and developers. Michael and his team have completed numerous build-to-suit transactions and have extensive experience leasing large, ground-up business parks. Michael’s attention to detail, financial analysis and understanding of market trends have enabled him to help create value for numerous local and institutional clients.

With a focus on local industry service, Michael holds key leadership positions on NAIOP’s Developing Leaders Steering Committee, where he currently serves as the Vice Chair of the entire young professional group. He is also a recent graduate of Valley Partnership’s ADVOCATES program. In 2016, Michael was named NAIOP’s Arizona Emerging Broker of the Year.

Prior to joining CBRE, Michael spent two years as a legislative assistant and correspondent to a U.S. Congressman on Capitol Hill. He was also a four-year basketball player at Princeton University.
