Mike Gaudy is a Senior Project Manager on a GCS Account supporting a Global High Technology Company. Since 2000, he has been responsible for project management of: interior remodeling, major infrastructure upgrades (including IT) and site consolidation. The Client’s facilities house numerous labs, computer rooms and data centers that frequently require modification, consolidation and relocation. Mike also designed mechanical modifications for three Colorado campuses from 2000 to 2005 (2 MSF).
Prior to his current position, Mike was self-employed and concentrated on Mechanical Systems, mostly in the assessment and evaluation of building systems for large campuses, including education, municipalities and military installations. The results for many of these surveys were capital budgets for facility upgrades and/or major maintenance and repairs. Previous employment was held in HVAC design, building controls installation and environmental engineering (asbestos, lead and indoor air quality remediation).
