Michael McGarrigle is a Project Manager on the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Signage Transition Team. After a successful completion of the Countrywide signage program, he is currently working on the Merrill Lynch program both in the field and administratively. His duties include overseeing contracted sign vendors to ensure fabrication and installations of signs occur seamlessly. He is also heavily involved in the analysis and reporting of field data to the client on a regular basis. Part of these responsibilities includes budgeting and forecasting for the large-scale programs.
Prior to the Countrywide program, Michael was a Project Manager on the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Minor Renovations Team. During his term he worked on a sign conversion program for 80 retail banking centers in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Nearly 1000 building and freestanding signs were replaced throughout the course of the program. He effectively contracted and scheduled with sign manufactures and installers to insure the production and replacement of all signs in a timely and efficient manner.
Prior to joining CBRE, Michael was a Project Manager at Philadelphia Sign Company, a national sign supplier and installer. While at Philadelphia Sign, he built relationships with sign fabrication and installation companies throughout the United States.
Before joining Philadelphia Sign, Michael owned a building maintenance and janitorial service company. As owner, he was responsible for all aspects of the operation, including sales, service, and contracts.
