Professional Experience


Michael Howard manages commercial leasing and sales transactions for his clients.  He represents both local and national companies with their real estate needs for Northeast Ohio and across the country.

In addition to participating in numerous investment sales, he collaborates with his clients in formulating transaction management strategies and processes to help align a company’s portfolio of properties with their business strategy while driving down costs. He has been involved in sale leasebacks and the implementation and origination of corporate site searches, acquisitions, and dispositions for companies such as Ridge Tool, General Motors, Sherwin-Williams, UPS, Federal Mogul, Bohler Uddeholm, Rockwell International, Sears Logistics, CEVA Logistics and Ford Motor.
