Professional Experience


Mr. Homm joined the Cincinnati office of CBRE as an Appraiser in 2007. Michael’s professional experience has focused on the preparation of commercial real property appraisals, market studies, and feasibility studies for a wide variety of property types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, net leased investments, hotel/motel, and various institutional properties. Michael has completed valuation assignments in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and West Virginia. He is responsible for preparing appraisal reports and furthering client relations.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Homm worked as a commercial real property appraiser with Property Advisors, a regional real estate consulting and valuation services firm. As a valuation consultant with Property Advisors, he was responsible for completing valuation assignments, site selection work, market studies, financial feasibility analyses, and highest and best use analyses.
