  • Golf Channel – Headquarters
    Represented Sentinel Real Estate Corporation in the expansion & long term extension of the Golf Channel’s 165,000 SF headquarters facility at Sand Lake West Business Park in Orlando. The transaction included extending the term of their existing 123,000 SF facility, 30,000 SF of expansion space and construction of a new 12,000 SF building.
  • Wiley & Sons
    Represented Crocker Partners to secure an anchor tenant for Maitland Lakes, 851 Trafalgar Court, in Maitland Center. The 58,000 SF transaction involved $2,350,000 in capital and stabilized occupancy at the 174,000 SF Maitland Lakes building for several years.
  • State of Florida – Agency for Workforce Innovation
    Represented the Continental Real Estate Corporation & Trammell Crow Company in securing a new lease with the State of Florida for 48,000 SF at the Lakefront building. This required substantial underwriting, due diligence and vendor coordination to comply with the State of Florida/DMS’ stringent RFP process.
  • Universal Studios
    Represented the Daniel Corporation in securing a new lease with Universal Studios for 45,000 SF adjacent to Universal’s Theme Parks and Administration buildings. The transaction included nearly $2,000,000 in capital improvements. The lease led to a market leading sale price for the owner upon their exit of the asset.
