As the Business Operations Supervisor, Melissa Hayden is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Kansas City Office. These responsibilities include monitoring expenses, ensuring operational effectiveness, managing reports, pipeline and sales projections, operational expense management, and supporting the leadership team. Ms. Hayden also serves as the supervisors to the all administrative support staff.
Ms. Hayden’s primary focus is ensuring effective, efficient and profitable day-to-day operations for the office’s sales and administrative teams. She brings a passion for service and results that leads to higher engagement and service continuity.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Hayden served as the Director of Marketing for National Seminars Training. In this role, she oversaw a team of creative marketing professionals responsible for implementing marketing strategies that increased revenue through lead generation and client retention strategies.
