Melinda Russell has been a specialist in multifamily investment properties in greater Los Angeles for over 20 years. Melinda works closely with her clients in an advisory role, representing their interests by combining her market knowledge with state-of-the-art resources in order to consistently exceed client expectations on presentation and pricing. Her client list includes private investors, high net-worth families and partnerships, pension funds and REIT’s. She is a member of the CBRE Investment Properties focusing on mid/large size assets located mostly in Southern California.
