Melanie Sawyer has been with CBRE since 1995. She is currently the Human Resources Manager dedicated to the Client Accounting Services group. In this role she is responsible for the management and oversight of Human Resources administration and programs for the Client Accounting Services hub office in Minneapolis, as well as, several remote accounting offices located throughout the country. She provides guidance on employee relations, recruitment and staffing, and interpretation of CBRE policies and procedures to ensure consistency within the department across the country.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Sawyer was the Human Resources Administrator for the Minneapolis CBRE office. In that role she was responsible for the oversight of Human Resources related functions and administration for the entire Minneapolis market.
